Here’s how it works:

Begin by filling out a brief application and booking a 20-minute video chat.

During our call, we’ll connect, talk about where you are in life, and uncover what kind of support will serve you best.

If it feels like a good fit, I’ll send you a link to schedule your six coaching sessions.

We’ll meet for six one-hour sessions over the course of 6–10 weeks, based on your availability. Each session centers around a key theme (outlined below), but is tailored to meet you exactly where you are.

This program is flexible according to your needs. You’ll receive action items to do between sessions, to help you gain awareness, access your own wisdom, and apply what you’re learning.

STEP 01: YOU

We explore your life today—what’s working and what’s not. Then we uncover your biggest strengths and challenges. 
We identify your deepest values, desires and sense of purpose.
We uncover what it is you want most and why.    

STEP 02 : REIMAGINE WHAT’S POSSIBLE

“What could your life look like now?”

We explore options, callings, careers, and new expressions to bring to life what it is that you want most.
We create a vision for the next season that feels bold, and 100% your own.

STEP 03: RELEASE WHAT’S HOLDING YOU BACK

“What’s standing in your way?”
This step uncovers what’s not serving you for the path to what you want. These could be old beliefs, roles, or patterns that are getting in the way.
You’re introduced to a 5 step mindset framework that empowers you to shift any internal blocks so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
You learn specific ways to implement it to create a life of intention and fulfillment.

STEP 04: CREATE THE MAP TO YOUR BEST LIFE

“What actions will take you there?”
Here, we move from inspiration to strategy. We craft a personalized action plan rooted in your unique rhythm and lifestyle. We break it down into small, meaningful steps. We establish increased ways to use the framework from Step 3 to plan and implement your actions. 

STEP FIVE: EMBODY YOUR NEXT PATH

“How will you live this in real time?”
This is where integration begins.
We focus on real-life implementation— tracking your progress, adjusting your plan, building sustainable motivation practices, and navigating challenges.
You’ll learn how to stay anchored in your vision even when life gets messy.

STEP 06: SUSTAIN & CELEBRATE​

“How will you keep moving forward with intention and trust?”

In our final session, we reflect on your growth, celebrate your wins, evaluate what still needs fine-tuning, and craft your Next Path Roadmap.
You’ll leave with practices, reminders, and a personalized guide to keep you aligned with the life you’re building.

Plus: One month of follow-up support (bi-weekly text or email check-ins) so you feel seen and supported as you continue your journey.
