Here’s the truth: where you are now is not just an ending . It’s also a beginning.

You’re standing at a crossroads, with the opportunity to live with intention, and choose with boldness.

And why not choose to make these your best years yet?

Where you know and love yourself, and the people and the life around you, where you laugh and contribute and wake up each morning with a sense of joy and purpose. Where you’ve discovered new roles that align with who you’ve become.
And where you know exactly how to navigate the unexpected and the sad, and to find joy even in the challenges.

But How?... When you don’t even know where to start.

I know.
I’ve walked with other women through this time of transition.
And I’ve lived it myself.

When my days became unstructured, and my hair began turning silver, I realized I was in unfamiliar territory.

I didn’t know what was next… or even who I was. My long-held identities, routines and physical appearance had changed.  I felt Loss, as well as Lost.

I was unmoored.

As I began to explore and understand what was happening, I learned how to become the leader of my own life. To live with intention.
My life took on new meaning, I began to feel alive again, and to experience joy in ways I hadn’t imagined possible.

I began to see that many capable and wise women at this point in our journey feel uncertain about how to fully step into the lead role in their own life—or where to direct their energy next.

I felt the world was missing out.

That’s why I became a coach.
